This is my own simple recipe of fried rice. I came up with this recipe because my husband leaves for work early, so a quick and easy to prepare breakfast is really important.
This is my quick and easy Tuna Fried Rice Recipe
You can enjoy this by itself, as it already has tuna and egg in it or you can pair it with hotdogs or bacon. It's up to your preference.
Total prep and cook time is 10 minutes(Considering you already have the cooked rice ready)
Good for 3 servings(1 cup per serving)
Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cup cooked rice
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup regular or corned tuna
1/2 Cup cooked green peas
2 Tbsp soy sauce or oyster sauce
A pinch of salt
How to cook:
1. Scramble the egg and add a pinch of salt. Cook the egg while constantly stirring it on the pan to achieve egg bits. Remove from the pan when cooked.
2. Now, cook the tuna for 1 minute on medium heat, constantly stirring.
3. Add the green peas and mix thoroughly for another minute.
4. Add the egg and the rice and mix together.
5. Add the soy sauce or oyster sauce and then mix thoroughly with everything. Cook for at least 2 minutes.
6. Serve and enjoy with the family.
That is my simple tuna fried rice recipe. Not only is this dish delicious, It also has some good health benefits in it.
